The following process is involved in the Pre-selection:

Trade Test

Trade tests can be conducted for technical personnel in the ‘Blue Collar’ categories. Typically, these tests take place across India at government-recognized centers. In addition, we also offer a fully equipped testing facility at our own offices. Furthermore, these centers provide a standardized environment for skill evaluation. More importantly, the tests are specifically designed to assess each candidate’s practical knowledge and competence in their respective field. STEP 2
TERMS OF BUSINESS

Once we analyze your requirements and confirm that we can assist, we will promptly share our terms of business. These terms outline our mutual obligations and include details on fees, replacement clauses, and other key points. After that, you must return the signed agreement before we officially take on the role(s).

STEP 3
THE SEARCH

We will assign a dedicated consultant to assist you, who will actively use a variety of tools to headhunt and approach candidates suited to the positions you need to fill. Meanwhile, our consultant will stay in regular contact with you to discuss the role details as the search progresses. Additionally, they will provide ongoing feedback about market conditions and candidate responses.

STEP 4
SHORTLISTING

Once we shortlist the potential candidates, we will share their anonymized CVs and profile summaries with you. If any of the profiles match your expectations, we will then proceed to arrange interviews on your behalf.

STEP 5
INTERVIEWS

The average interview process includes 2 to 3 rounds, and typically, the number of rounds increases with the seniority of the position. Since the onset of COVID, most initial interviews now take place online. To streamline the process, we send interview invitations to both interviewers and candidates on your behalf. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange face-to-face interviews at a location you choose. Additionally, we’re happy to support your HR team in directly scheduling interviews with candidates.

STEP 6
NEGOTIATIONS & OFFERS

We actively assist in negotiating and delivering offer letters. Moreover, by acting as an intermediary, we reduce uncertainty for both parties and offer unbiased input to ensure fair and diplomatic representation for everyone involved.

STEP 7
MEDICAL

Once the candidates receive and sign the company’s offer letter, they must then proceed with their medical test.

STEP 8
EMIGRATION

In addition, we assist our clients with E-Migrate registration and complete the formalities required by the Government of India to hire manpower from India.

STEP 9
ONBOARDING

We actively assist in collecting the necessary documents from candidates, enabling your HR and PRO teams to begin the onboarding process, visa applications, and other formalities. Furthermore, we offer guidance to candidates throughout the process whenever they need support.

STEP 10
CANDIDATE START

On the candidate’s first day of joining your organization, Tradesmen Jobs promptly issues an invoice to you for our services.
